Landscape Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The company is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Coordinator to manage daily maintenance schedules, coordinate manpower, and ensure smooth operations across its sites in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily landscape maintenance schedules and deployment of manpower.
• Liaise with site supervisors, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities meet schedule and contractual requirements.
• Prepare work schedules, service reports, quotations, invoices, and other operational documentation.
• Assist in planning and coordinating landscape enhancement and planting works.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on client feedback and service requests.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Environmental Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance, facilities management or operations coordination (fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also welcome).
• Strong organizational, planning and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
