Lead, Digital & Web Strategy

About the role

Certis is seeking a Lead for Digital & Web Strategy to own and evolve its group of websites and digital platforms. You will drive the overall web strategy, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own Certis’ portfolio of websites, managing structure, performance, and continuous optimisation.
• Define information architecture, navigation logic, and user journeys across all digital touchpoints.
• Identify and implement UX/UI improvements to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Partner with web development vendors to scope, prioritise, and deliver enhancements.
• Maintain consistency, scalability, and quality across pages and microsites.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy, conduct keyword research, and drive on‑page and technical SEO improvements.
• Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and visibility, ensuring alignment with content development.
• Own web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console), analyse user behaviour, traffic sources, and conversion funnels, and provide actionable insights.

• Proven experience leading digital and web strategy for enterprise‑level websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
