About the role

The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University seeks a dynamic leader to drive outreach, admissions, and scholarship initiatives. This senior position will shape student engagement, support talent attraction, and enhance the university’s reputation among feeder institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate outreach and admissions engagement initiatives targeting Junior Colleges, Polytechnics, and other feeder institutions.
• Support strategic admissions engagement and post‑offer conversion activities.
• Oversee the administration and governance of school‑based scholarships and admissions awards.
• Coordinate student ambassador and leadership development programmes.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, alumni, vendors, and university stakeholders to achieve outreach objectives.
• Manage outreach collaterals, branding materials, engagement merchandise, and publicity efforts.
• Supervise operational staff and drive workflow coordination and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in outreach, admissions, programme management, student development, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid project coordination capabilities.
• Experience supervising staff and handling multiple projects concurrently is advantageous.
• Passion for student engagement, outreach, and higher‑education administration.
