Lead Producer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic senior producer to lead the planning, management and execution of integrated content productions across photography, video, branded content, campaigns, events and destination storytelling initiatives for Marina Bay Sands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production planning and execution for integrated campaigns, branded content, photography, video productions, major events and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Translate business objectives and creative ambitions into production strategies, work plans, timelines, budgets and resourcing models.
• Provide senior advisory support on production feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning and executional considerations.
• Serve as the primary production lead across multiple business units, managing stakeholder expectations and driving alignment from inception to delivery.
• Build trusted partnerships with executive leadership, marketing, brand, creative teams, external agencies and production partners.
• Oversee resource allocation across concurrent projects, prioritize productions based on impact and resolve capacity risks.
• Develop and manage complex production budgets, lead bidding processes, cost benchmarking, financial tracking and contract negotiations.

• Proven ability to lead large‑scale integrated productions and strategic marketing initiatives.
