Lead Product Manager, Deliveries

About the role

The Deliveries team at Grab owns GrabFood, the food delivery platform, and GrabExpress, the on-demand and scheduled parcel delivery service, across Southeast Asia. As Lead Product Manager you will own a high-impact product domain in this team, reporting to the Head of Product - Deliveries and working fully on-site in the Singapore One North office. This is a senior individual contributor role for a PM who drives strategy and execution independently and delivers measurable outcomes at regional scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own a strategic deliveries domain end-to-end: set the roadmap, drive execution and deliver business impact across priority markets.
• Lead consumer product work across discovery flows, ordering experience and post-order engagement.
• Run rigorous experiments: design hypotheses, define metrics, interpret results and turn them into product decisions.
• Translate signals from countries, merchants, consumers and support into a prioritised backlog.
• Create precise PRDs and prototypes, align engineering and design early, and ship well-instrumented, resilient products.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of product management in a high-growth consumer tech business.
• Track record of independent, end-to-end ownership of a domain with measurable results.
• Experience shipping across multiple Southeast Asia markets.
• Strong communicator able to influence senior business and product stakeholders.

Required skills

• Ai fluency: able to run AI-native product workflows and loops.
• Strong experimentation discipline, having run A/B tests that changed product direction.
• Nice to have: on-demand platforms or consumer marketplace experience, new-market launches, platform or horizontal PM exposure.
