Lead Product Manager, Technical Infrastructure

About the role

Grab's centralised Platform Engineering team builds the foundational technology stack powering consumer apps, autonomous agents and thousands of engineers. As Lead Product Manager, Infrastructure Platforms, you will own the product vision, strategy and execution for the core engineering platform behind 1,000+ microservices, hundreds of tools and agents. You report to the Head of Product, Technical Infrastructure and work onsite at the Grab One North office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the platform product roadmap, defining priorities, trade-offs and milestones aligned with engineering leadership
• Set strategy and success metrics, including KPIs and OKRs, and track adoption and outcomes
• Drive adoption of platform solutions with internal engineering customers
• Write and iterate high-quality PRDs with engineering teams
• Engage the engineering community to surface friction points and turn them into product improvements
• Use AI tools (e.g. Copilots, LLM-assisted PRD drafting) to speed up research, documentation and roadmap analysis
• Benchmark the platform against industry best practices and advocate for the right investments

Required profile

• 8+ years in product management in a technical context, leading complex technical products from 0 to 1, ideally in platform, infrastructure or developer tooling
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field
• Data-driven decision-making and strong executive storytelling
• Experience working with engineering, design and data science partners
• Adaptable, able to move fast across infrastructure, reliability and AI domains

• AI tool fluency and engagement with emerging technologies
• Ability to discuss technical architecture and data without translation
