Lead Product Strategist

About the role

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and its Product Strategy team develops and coordinates strategies across all product verticals and platforms. The Lead Product Strategist defines and executes strategic initiatives aligned with Grab's long-term goals, works cross-functionally to drive roadmap decisions and resolve execution gaps, and reports to the Head of Product Strategy & Product Operations. It is a fully onsite role in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coherent strategy across product teams across verticals and platforms
• Identify opportunities, threats and market and technology trends to shape long-term product plans, including partnership opportunities
• Set direction and rhythm for tech roadmap planning and reviews, keeping focus on company and tech priorities
• Resolve gaps between planning and execution to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Drive improvements to the tech operating structure and organisation composition to increase agility and velocity
• Support the talent development roadmap in tech, upskilling hard and soft skills

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; equivalent practical experience also considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, strategy or equivalent roles in tech-based or consulting firms
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, product definition and driving product requirements
• Exceptional business acumen and a track record of presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders

Required skills

• Product metrics, funnel analytics, A/B testing and data analysis
• Digital and web technologies, AI, machine learning, cloud-based systems and emerging tech trends
