About the role

Vertical Institute is seeking a senior professional to lead AI training delivery and develop new AI courses for both individual learners and corporate clients. This onsite position combines hands‑on teaching with end‑to‑end curriculum design, ensuring our programmes stay current with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own new AI courses, curricula, and training programmes.
• Deliver engaging, practical AI training sessions for diverse learner groups.
• Adapt training methods to suit varying technical backgrounds and client needs.
• Facilitate exercises, demonstrations, and real‑world use cases.
• Establish and maintain high standards for delivery, learner engagement, and classroom experience.
• Mentor and coach other trainers, sharing best practices and AI use cases.
• Translate emerging AI technologies into outcome‑focused learning experiences.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in AI training delivery and curriculum development.
• Strong leadership capability with a track record of mentoring trainers.
• Ability to keep training content aligned with fast‑evolving AI technologies and market needs.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences.
