Learning Consultant (Hybrid) – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Consultant to design, develop and deliver learning solutions that meet business needs and boost capabilities across the organisation. Based in Singapore with a hybrid work model, you will partner with stakeholders to create engaging programmes and foster a culture of continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and capability gaps.
• Design and implement learning strategies, training programmes and development initiatives.
• Create training materials, facilitator guides, presentations and digital learning content.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and other learning activities.
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend effective solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Support LMS administration and e‑learning initiatives.
• Manage learning projects, timelines, stakeholders and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR, Education, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design or consulting.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Creative, proactive and learner‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise and Captivate.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, blended learning).
