Learning Partnership Manager (Business Development)

About the role

Singapore Airlines Academy is looking for a Learning Partnership Manager (Business Development) for a 2-year contract. The successful candidate develops and manages strategic partnerships with businesses and organisations to grow the Academy's business, including identifying and qualifying leads, developing proposals, tailoring programmes to learning needs and closing deals. A proven track record in B2B business development is ideal.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up to date on industry trends to identify potential customers and target segments, and establish prospects through cold calling, networking and industry events
• Develop marketing collateral such as pitch decks
• Prepare proposals for learning and development services, including structured pricing and delivery milestones
• Work with subject matter experts from the training team on learning needs analysis and courseware development
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, proactively introducing relevant L&D services
• Monitor delivery milestones against service agreements and coordinate with training schools on courseware delivery
• Draft and negotiate contracts and service agreements with external organisations, working with Legal, Insurance, Taxation and other internal stakeholders
• Collect data for reporting and analysis to study trends, assess service quality and identify growth areas

Required profile

• University Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Proven track record in B2B business development
• Attention to detail, analytical and adaptable, with a service mindset
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks at once
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
