Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Fortune 500)

About the role

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with commercial contracts experience to provide long‑term support to our Fortune 500 technology clients. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements while delivering practical, business‑oriented legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment with client objectives.
• Advise business teams on day‑to‑day legal issues, offering practical solutions that balance risk management with commercial priorities.
• Support cross‑functional projects such as product launches, partnerships and go‑to‑market initiatives, guaranteeing that contract terms reflect internal policies and the organization’s risk appetite.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) gained in‑house or at a law firm, with a strong focus on commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements across various industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external parties.
