Legal Counsel, EPC

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support throughout the lifecycle of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. The role involves advising on project development, tendering, contract negotiation, execution and delivery, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal governance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on all phases of EPC projects, from development to delivery.
• Draft, review and negotiate EPC contracts, consultancy agreements, procurement contracts, subcontractor agreements and other commercial documents.
• Identify legal and commercial risks in collaboration with project managers, procurement and commercial teams.
• Provide guidance on contract administration, claims management and dispute resolution.
• Support compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer under Singapore or other common law jurisdiction.
• 4‑7 years of experience advising on EPC, construction, infrastructure or large‑scale engineering projects, either in private practice or in‑house.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with cross‑border projects in the Asia‑Pacific region is an advantage.
