Legal Counsel – Project Finance (Remote)

About the role

This position joins an established legal team supporting global project development in energy technology and sustainability. You will partner with development teams on project finance, transaction support and commercial deal flow, negotiating and drafting a range of agreements for services, funding and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and close service, funding and commercial agreements.
• Provide legal support for project finance transactions and commercial deals.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across emerging markets.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, Madrid and worldwide.

Required profile

• 5‑12 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Training at a Tier 1 law firm.
• Strong background in project finance.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders in Asia and globally.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented organisation.
