Legal Operations Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Legal Operations intern based in Singapore. The internship runs from January to June 2027 and gives students exposure to legal work within a major system integrator, with a focus on using AI and automation to speed up access to and review of information.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate legacy legal documents into structured digital formats while ensuring compliance and data integrity
• Carry out due diligence in legal administration for sales contractual closure
• Organize, manage and secure physical and digital records, and retrieve requested documents for authorized personnel
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as required

Required profile

• Pursuing studies in technology or law-related fields
• Positive attitude, well organized, proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Willingness to learn about digital tools, document management and internal processes
• Bonus: interest in tech, digitalisation or content management systems, and interest in law and legal processes (no background required)
