Legal Operations Manager – AI & Digital Transformation

About the role

Axiom is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to lead the digital and operational transformation of our Legal, Risk & Compliance function in Singapore. You will drive key initiatives in contract lifecycle management, generative AI for legal, and broader legal technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of legal tech projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Analyze, document, and optimise legal processes to improve efficiency and harmonisation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable workflows and technology specifications.
• Manage change, training, and communications to promote tool adoption across the organisation.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and impact.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable successful adoption.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations.
• Hands‑on expertise with contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal technology, workflow automation, or generative AI.
• Proven ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards and KPIs.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and change‑management capabilities.
