Legal Solution Specialist – Singapore

About the role

Legal Solution Specialist will be the primary point of contact for LegalOn’s customers across APAC, helping in‑house legal teams, legal operations and procurement professionals adopt and derive value from the AI‑powered platform. The role combines customer success responsibilities with deep understanding of legal workflows to drive faster contract reviews, consistent standards and more strategic use of legal expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey from onboarding through adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Design and deliver onboarding, training and enablement sessions, both group workshops and one‑on‑one.
• Partner with customers to build and refine frameworks, content and guidance that align the platform with their workflows.
• Ask probing questions to understand each team’s contract review and negotiation processes and provide tailored recommendations.
• Address customer questions and challenges promptly, coordinating with technical support and product teams.
• Monitor usage and satisfaction, flag at‑risk accounts early and work with Account Executives on renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable product and engineering priorities for the APAC region.

• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and comfort working cross‑functionally.
