Lift Service Technician #76241

About the role

The Lift Service Technician will join Anradus’ island‑wide elevator servicing team, providing routine maintenance, rapid breakdown response, and support for new installations across Singapore. Working Monday to Friday with a half‑day on Saturday, you will be part of a 24‑hour standby roster ensuring safe and reliable lift operation for building owners and occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of lifts.
• Replace components and carry out basic repairs as required.
• Respond promptly to lift breakdowns and restore service.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in lift systems.
• Complete inspection checklists and maintain accurate service records.
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures at all times.
• Communicate with building management and customers regarding service updates.
• Participate in a rotating 24‑hour standby emergency service.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new lift systems when needed.

Required profile

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Built Environment (Vertical Transportation) preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge is acceptable; training will be provided.
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 standby roster.
• Junior‑level candidate with a proactive attitude.
