Limousine Ambassador – Coordinator

About the role

Join Marina Bay Sands as a Limousine Ambassador (Coordinator) and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless transportation experiences for our guests. You will manage dispatch operations, coordinate bookings, and ensure that every ride meets the high standards of our luxury hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch limousine drivers using the Limousine Dispatch System (LDS) and assign jobs based on the queue list.
• Verify guest special requests and booking details before dispatch.
• Monitor driver movements, forecast daily vehicle requirements, and adjust outsourced fleet as needed.
• Generate and update daily operational reports.
• Handle booking inquiries via email and phone, and post charges to guest accounts using the POS system.
• Coordinate with external vendors for coach services, airport meet‑and‑greet, and other transportation needs.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing reports and updating the Limousine Booking System.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and SOPs.

Required profile

• Certificate in Hospitality Operations or related field (preferred).
• Experience in hotel or hospitality operations and customer service.
• Service‑oriented attitude, strong teamwork, and excellent listening skills.
• Fluent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle pressure.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads, hotels, attractions, airports and ferry terminals.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.
