Livestream Host – Luxury Sales (Part‑Time)

About the role

Carousell Luxury is seeking confident and engaging livestream hosts to lead luxury sales sessions. The role is perfect for anyone who loves luxury fashion, feels comfortable speaking on camera, and can create an exciting shopping experience for viewers.

Key responsibilities

• Host livestream sessions showcasing luxury products such as bags, accessories and curated items.
• Present each product with accurate brand, model, condition, pricing, promotions and key selling points.
• Engage viewers by answering questions, generating excitement and encouraging purchase conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales and Merchandising teams to prepare product line‑ups, talking points and campaign mechanics.
• Support product storytelling by highlighting craftsmanship, styling ideas, rarity and value.
• Provide a professional, trustworthy shopping experience that reflects Carousell Luxury’s brand standards.
• Assist customers with enquiries before, during and after livestream sessions.
• Help create short‑form content or social‑commerce activities to promote livestreams when required.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging live audiences.
• Confident, energetic and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Strong interest in luxury fashion, bags, watches, accessories or premium retail.
• Customer‑oriented, sales‑driven and capable of building trust with viewers.
• Able to describe products in an engaging, accurate and persuasive manner.
• Prior experience in livestream selling, luxury retail, fashion retail, social commerce or customer‑facing sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of luxury brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci etc. is a plus.
