Local CRM/Campaign Strategy Lead

About the role

The Local CRM/Campaign Strategy Lead independently executes the campaign process, from receiving instructions to producing files, with the highest level of accuracy. The role understands, customises and optimises the whole campaign management process, including new campaign requirements, development testing, production execution and quality control, and oversees the campaign work of other team members to ensure quality delivery across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear and concise client communication on campaign-related activities
• Execute campaign deliverables and activities according to client requirements
• Oversee and delegate campaign deliverables to other campaign resources
• Validate work products using quality assurance best practices
• Elicit and document client requirements through written and verbal methods

Required profile

• Higher-level understanding of campaign management tools, concepts and capabilities
• Higher-level understanding of database and data management concepts and principles
• Utilises change management techniques and best practices
• Basic understanding of campaign strategy, design and planning
