Logistic Coordinator – Up to $4.2K + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Logistic Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role is critical for maintaining timely deliveries and accurate logistics records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, warehouses, and suppliers.
• Manage 3PL warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Track shipments, provide status updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues like delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and Excel systems and ensure compliance with company policies and customs regulations.
• Support cost control by comparing freight options and preparing logistics performance reports.
• Verify logistics invoices and coordinate with Finance for payment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation.
• Inventory management expertise.
