Logistics Clerk – Order Delivery & Inventory Management

About the role

The Logistics Clerk will support the supply chain team by monitoring order delivery processes, analysing logistics data and ensuring inventory health. This role combines data‑driven analysis with cross‑functional coordination to improve delivery efficiency and inventory turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Track order fulfillment, consolidate changes, and compile timeliness statistics for daily delivery reviews.
• Manage inventory health by analysing OEM aging, defective stock backlog and semi‑finished goods stagnation, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate urgent material production and inbound progress, monitor anomalies and work with planning managers to meet urgent order deadlines.
• Organise and analyse five‑week plan accuracy data, support root‑cause analysis of deviations and track improvement actions.
• Conduct logistics industry and market competition research, and deliver internal knowledge sharing and training sessions.
• Perform other logistics‑related tasks as assigned by the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or delivery operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross‑departmental collaboration.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to operate in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software for data processing and analysis.
