Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support HARMAN Lifestyle’s aggressive sales targets by managing order fulfillment and shipment processes for Singapore warehouses. You will act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and supply chain partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment for all product types, including spare parts, demo units, and marketing materials.
• Release STO purchase orders in SAP, request stock allocations, and maintain accurate delivery dates.
• Monitor orders to minimise delivery delays and escalates issues to supply planning when needed.
• Coordinate transportation bookings with international freight forwarders and track inbound shipments.
• Optimise import routes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
• Work with custom brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance and handle CARNET requirements.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments with 4PL/3PL partners and post transactions in SAP.
• Prepare all required shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and permits.
• Support month‑end logistics activities and flag shipments at risk of revenue loss.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with SAP for order and inventory management.
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and import/export documentation.
• Ability to work with freight forwarders, 4PL/3PL providers, and internal teams.
• Strong communication skills for regular updates to customers and sales teams.
