Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will coordinate and support daily logistics operations, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods, materials, and inventory across the supply chain. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transportation schedules and coordinate shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare shipping documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal departments.
• Track deliveries, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Analyze logistics performance and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance supply‑chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, shipping coordination, or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of freight management, inventory control, warehouse processes, and distribution planning.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and 3PL providers.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, dependable, and results‑oriented mindset.
