Logistics Executive – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Logistics Executive to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain in Singapore. You will coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and work closely with suppliers and carriers to deliver products efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the logistics process for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation such as bills of lading and invoices.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and monitor transportation costs.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues as they arise.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
