Logistics Executive – Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations

About the role

Huawei is looking for a Logistics Executive to lead warehouse operations, inventory movement and transportation activities. The role works closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure efficient supply‑chain flow and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and local distribution, acting as first‑level escalation for operational issues.
• Maintain absolute inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock‑takes and enforce 8S workplace organization and safety standards.
• Manage the full Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and prepare export documentation in line with international trade regulations.
• Process and verify supplier payments, ensuring timely invoice settlement per company policy.
• Ensure logistics operations comply with company regulations and QHSE protocols, conducting regular compliance checks and risk assessments.
• Own logistics KPIs, monitor performance, analyse data and produce management reports with actionable insights.
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the reporting superior.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or relevant logistics certification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain roles.
• Analytical, systematic thinker with a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Dynamic, self‑disciplined, highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑department coordination.
