About the role

SF Express, a leading logistics and supply chain company offering express delivery, freight forwarding and supply chain solutions, is hiring a Logistics Operations Coordinator in Singapore. The role coordinates and oversees daily logistics operations so that goods are delivered on time and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage and optimize transportation routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies on logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on logistics activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies and initiatives.
• Support the management of inventory levels and warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
