Logistics & Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Evac is seeking a reliable and hands‑on Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate, timely deliveries. The role combines physical handling of goods with administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth flow of inventory and transportation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in receiving incoming goods and process Goods Receipt (PO) in SAP.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately, preparing delivery documentation such as Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, and Customs Invoices.
• Update stock cards, report discrepancies, and support monthly stock‑take activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization according to SOPs.
• Load and unload goods using a reach truck, verify goods against delivery documents, and coordinate delivery schedules with the Operations team.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, keep accurate vehicle logs, and ensure compliance with traffic and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of warehouse experience (receiving, picking/packing, inventory) is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean record.
• Physically able to lift and handle cartons.
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar inventory management tools).
• Class 3 driving licence.
• Reach truck operation.
