Lounge Ambassador

About the role

The Lounge Ambassador plays a pivotal part in delivering Cathay Pacific’s premium lounge experience. Working alongside the Lounge Supervisor, you will ensure that Business Class passengers receive thoughtful, progressive, and can‑do service throughout their time in the lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lounge Supervisor in managing the lounge team and daily operations.
• Handle customer requests, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to personalise the experience.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness, stock service counters, and ensure seating areas are tidy.
• Greet guests warmly, provide information on facilities and membership, and address inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Conduct tours for VIPs, events, and stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor dining and restroom areas, oversee food and beverage service, and delegate tasks to team members.

Required profile

• Fundamental knowledge of airline operations and hospitality standards.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced airport environment.
