Luxury Butler – Guest Services

About the role

The Butler at St. Regis Singapore delivers high‑touch, personalized service to discerning guests throughout their stay, from pre‑arrival planning to departure. As the primary face of the Butler program, you will create memorable, bespoke experiences that embody the brand’s heritage of modern luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored guest experiences during pre‑arrival, check‑in, stay, and departure.
• Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure all supporting departments are prepared to meet guest needs.
• Anticipate and act on guest requests proactively, building strong rapport.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, quality standards, and professional appearance guidelines.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• Passion for service, uncompromising standards, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle moderate physical tasks.
