Luxury Jewelry Retail Sales – 4.5 Day Workweek & Training

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior executive to join our luxury jewellery retail team. The role offers a 4.5‑day workweek, comprehensive training and the chance to work with gold, diamonds and other high‑end products across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries, provide product advice and ensure a high level of service.
• Sell gold jewellery, diamonds and luxury accessories, meeting daily sales targets.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising standards and overall cleanliness.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.

Required profile

• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interest in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Junior‑level experience or a keen desire to start a career in retail sales.

Required skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic numeracy for handling transactions.
