Machine Operator – Card Personalization

About the role

The Embossing team at the Card Centre is responsible for personalising bank and NETS cards using specialised card‑personalisation machines. As a Machine Operator you will ensure that daily production targets are met while maintaining high accuracy and service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Operate card‑personalisation machines to emboss and encode bank cards.
• Meet customer service level agreements by delivering timely and accurate output.
• Coordinate production schedules with the wider team to optimise workflow.
• Conduct regular stock‑taking of collaterals and consumables.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required to support the production line.

Required profile

• Higher NITEC qualification (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in a production line environment is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shift patterns and a half‑day on Saturdays if needed.
• Ability to lift 5‑10 kg regularly.
• Comfortable working with machinery in an industrial setting.
