Management Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

Sia Partners is seeking a Management Consultant to join its Financial Services practice. You will work on high‑impact transformation projects for banks, wealth managers and asset‑management firms, helping clients design and implement innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand needs and co‑design actionable solutions.
• Support end‑to‑end project delivery, gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to define challenges and solutions.
• Map current‑state and future‑state processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis, benchmarking and intelligent data structuring to support business case development.
• Prepare clear project documentation, including user stories, process flows and requirement traceability matrices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and build trusted client relationships.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, banking or financial services.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a client‑facing project role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
