Management Trainee – Quality & Test Engineering Track

About the role

This Management Trainee programme is designed for recent Mechanical Engineering graduates who want hands‑on experience across the full engineering lifecycle. You will rotate between Quality Engineering and Test Engineering functions within client manufacturing and industrial sites, gaining exposure to real‑world projects and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support incoming, in‑process and final quality inspections against engineering drawings and specifications.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA) for non‑conformances.
• Maintain quality documentation, SOPs and inspection records.
• Conduct functional, performance and reliability testing on equipment and products.
• Prepare test plans, protocols and detailed test reports.
• Troubleshoot test failures and support engineering investigations.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in quality systems, testing and hands‑on engineering work.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to commit to a structured rotation programme.
