About the role

As a Manager for Critical Care & Nutrition Therapy Solutions at B. Braun Singapore, you will lead a high‑performing sales team to drive commercial growth within the hospital care segment. You will shape market leadership, ensure compliance, and foster strong customer relationships while delivering business results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate clear business plans and goals to achieve market leadership and profitability.
• Recruit, coach, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, manage budgets, and monitor CRM usage.
• Oversee marketing plans, promotional tools, field insights, and competitive analysis to support product performance.
• Manage inventory and demand forecasting in collaboration with supply‑chain functions.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, monitor competitor activity, and support tender and regulatory processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a high‑performing sales team.
• Experience working with hospital channels and familiarity with anaesthesiologists or pharmacy background is a plus.
