Manager, International Collaboration Office

About the role

SingHealth's International Collaboration Office (ICO) supports global health partnerships across research, education, training, policy and capacity building, with a particular focus on the ASEAN region. As Manager, you will support ICO initiatives through data management, provide operational support to ICO Directors and country managers, nurture stakeholder relationships and manage project resources. The role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage department-wide data and records, keeping an accurate and up-to-date partner database
• Assist in documenting agreements and contracts and compiling departmental statistics
• Support data security measures and maintain the knowledge management system
• Support the development of strategic plans, data collection and analysis, and coordinate major events
• Work with country managers on capacity-building projects across ASEAN, including project monitoring and evaluation, and provide administrative and logistical support
• Contribute to financial management: monitor project expenditures, help prepare budget proposals, support funding documentation and track resource allocation
• Occasionally recommend improvements to administrative processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of working experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-cultural settings
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is advantageous
• Occasional overseas travel is required
