About the role
You will play a key role in conceptualising and implementing engagement strategies that enhance how URA builds and maintains positive relationships with stakeholders, youth, and the public.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful educational resources and innovative learning experiences for youth.
- Cultivate relationships with educational institutions and co‑create programmes with volunteers.
- Support broader stakeholder engagement, including effective stakeholder management and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities to expand outreach.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, Geography, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in youth or public engagement and/or programme management, or a strong academic background with relevant internships.
- Strong project management, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills.
- Creative, passionate about inspiring youth, and able to work weekends when required.
