Manager, Post-Course Quality (QMD)

About the role

The Manager, Course Approval in the Quality Management Division ensures the quality and compliance of courses accredited under the Training Grant System (TGS). The role covers course accreditation, quality checks, system testing and operational support for survey administration, supporting the Skills and Workforce Development Agency's mission to build a strong continuing education and training (CET) ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out course accreditation and approval and related quality management activities in the TGS
• Review course materials against adult learning principles and SWDA and funding requirements
• Handle escalated enquiries and appeals from the public and training providers, including investigating non-compliance with RTP terms and conditions
• Support system testing and implement enhancements to the TGS
• Assign new cases to officers and provide operations support for the TRAQOM survey, including data reporting
• Support divisional and organisational projects and initiatives

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in continuing education and training
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• An appreciation of adult education in Singapore is preferred; WSQ ACLP or ACTA qualifications are preferred
• Ability to analyse public complaints, feedback and whistleblowing cases
• Basic or intermediate data handling skills
