Manager, Product Development

About the role

Mastercard’s Commerce Media team is seeking a Manager, Product Development to lead the creation and delivery of innovative advertiser solutions. You will own key workstreams, translate strategy into tangible development plans, and drive product road‑maps that generate revenue and long‑term differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product concepts, prototypes, and features while independently owning critical workstreams.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and CX&D teams to write product requirements, prioritize milestones, and track progress.
• Lead strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of capabilities, including new feature delivery and enhancements to existing features.
• Oversee features such as creative decisioning, campaign automation, offers creation, and optimization workflows.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives by providing data for collateral that highlights Mastercard’s value proposition.
• Act as liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Navigate a matrixed, globally distributed organization to influence stakeholders and meet tight timelines.
• Build relationships across Publisher, Sales, Ops, Legal, Privacy, Strategy, and leadership teams.
• Mentor and develop junior product managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product development initiatives in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a matrixed global organization.
• Demonstrated mentorship and team‑development capabilities.
