About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is hiring for a Manager, Revenue Strategy in Singapore. The Revenue Strategy team drives market insights, business strategy and key commercial deals, working with internal and external stakeholders to enable sustainable growth in China. The posting covers a range of roles within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market research to identify key business opportunities for China businesses
• Lead and contribute to internal cross-team strategic projects
• Facilitate commercial decision-making with market insights and a deep understanding of customer needs and product capabilities
• Support the product team in outlining and prioritizing new product capabilities
• Support partnership efforts with financial institutions and ecosystem partners
• Research and study regulatory policies supporting existing and new business models and go-to-market strategies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; Master's or MBA preferred
• Around 4 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital or corporate development in a top fintech/TMT company or professional firm
• Passion for startup culture, strong ownership, resilience under pressure and ability to navigate a global organization
• Ability to synthesize multiple information sources into a coherent framework for business opportunities
• Experience working with and advising senior-level executives
• Fluency in Mandarin and English

• Solid data analysis skills, with some familiarity of data analytical tools and methodologies
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
