Manager / Senior Manager, Communications – Healthcare Programme

About the role

NUHS@Home is Singapore’s leading hospital‑at‑home programme, delivering hospital‑level care in patients’ homes. The Communications Manager will shape and execute communication strategies that support the growth of this innovative, home‑first healthcare model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communications plans across internal, external, digital and social channels.
• Ensure consistent application of the NUHS and NUHS@Home brand in all communications and partnership touchpoints.
• Craft strategic storytelling, campaigns and engagement initiatives to promote a “home‑first” mindset.
• Provide communications counsel to programme leads, leadership and stakeholders on key initiatives.
• Create content for speeches, presentations, newsletters, publicity materials and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Support media opportunities, speaking engagements and programme narratives.
• Monitor and evaluate communication outcomes, using insights to refine future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications, public relations or marketing, preferably within healthcare or a related sector.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement skills, with experience collaborating across clinical, operational and leadership teams.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
