Manager / Senior Manager, HR Digital Transformation & Data Analytics

About the role

The Human Resources Branch is seeking a strategic, independent professional to act as a Manager or Senior Manager for HR Digital Transformation and Data Analytics. You will lead the integration of artificial intelligence, advanced data analytics and digital automation across HR functions, turning business objectives into technology roadmaps and data-driven solutions that improve the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HR technology and digitalization roadmap so that automation and AI initiatives support corporate business objectives
• Design and deploy workforce analytics and predictive models for talent demand forecasting, attrition analysis and resource allocation
• Drive redesign and automation of complex HR workflows using RPA, intelligent document processing and digital platforms
• Research, evaluate and pilot AI and machine learning tools for talent acquisition, capability mapping and personalized learning
• Oversee HR dashboards and self-service analytics platforms for HR business partners and line managers
• Lead change management and digital literacy programs across the HR division

Required profile

• Experience leading digital transformation, systems integration or data analytics initiatives, preferably in a corporate or HR setting
• A self-directed professional able to work independently, drive cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder expectations
• Business acumen and strategic thinking, linking digital solutions to organizational priorities
• Strong communication skills, able to turn complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations

Required skills

• Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Automation platforms such as Power Automate or UiPath
• Data languages such as SQL, Python or advanced Excel
