Manager / Senior Manager, Marketing & Brand Office (MXDD)

About the role

The Marketing & Brand Office (MXDD) is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to plan, deliver and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns with end-to-end ownership. The role covers campaign management, content development, digital marketing, insights and reporting, and hands-on execution. It suits someone who can manage internal stakeholders and agency partners, turn business and communications objectives into effective marketing approaches, and adapt straightforward creative assets in-house.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns from strategy and channel selection through implementation, optimisation and post-campaign evaluation, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables and approvals
• Develop briefs and manage creative, media and other agency partners, recommending audiences, channels and content
• Develop audience-facing content across campaigns, social and digital channels, turning policy and programme information into clear, on-brand messaging
• Produce in-house assets such as social media carousels, EDM visuals, digital banners and basic short-form videos, using accessible creative and AI-enabled tools
• Analyse campaign metrics and audience research, and report findings and recommendations to management

Required profile

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing, paid social, media planning or campaign optimisation
• Experience working with creative, media or production agencies
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese, Malay or Tamil is an advantage
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and attention to detail

Required skills

• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, writing, research, image or video production
• Working knowledge of visual design principles (layout, typography, imagery, visual hierarchy)
