Manager / Senior Manager, Strategic Project Communications

About the role

NHG Health is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager (Strategic Project Communications) for the Medical Tower Planning and Development team in the CEO's Office. The role leads the communications narrative of the TTSH Medical Tower project, which adds about 600 acute beds, an expanded emergency department, more operating theatres and specialist clinics to the HealthCity Novena campus. It is a project communications position focused on launch communications, with publicity materials routed through the TTSH Communications department.

Key responsibilities

• Own the department's integrated communications strategy and develop phased plans aligned with construction milestones, from groundbreaking to opening, and advise the Head of Department on positioning and messaging
• Plan and run key launches, milestone ceremonies and public events, including the Groundbreaking and Opening Ceremonies, with event logistics, programme, stakeholder coordination and post-event content
• Lead content development: speeches, press releases, newsletters, media bites, and digital and social media posts, videos and infographics, with a content calendar and channel performance monitoring
• Run engagement with government agencies, healthcare partners and vendors, and keep TTSH staff and neighbours informed while managing their feedback and complaints
• Coordinate partnerships and collaborations, from MOUs and agreements to ongoing partner relationships

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related discipline
• 8-10 years of experience in strategic or project communications and stakeholder engagement, preferably in complex, multi-phase projects such as infrastructure or large-scale institutional development
• Experience developing phased communications strategies and in project launch and milestone communications
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, and experience in digital and social media communications
• Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop; video production or editing experience is an advantage
