About the role

The Manager, Solutions Growth & Enablement will accelerate the growth of Mastercard's Consumer Acquisition & Engagement business across Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, the role bridges product, sales, marketing, and market teams to translate capabilities into client solutions and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercialization and growth initiatives for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement solutions across the region.
• Identify revenue opportunities, emerging client needs, and market trends to develop scalable strategies.
• Develop value propositions, solution narratives, and sales plays that position Mastercard’s capabilities.
• Support collaborative partnerships across Mastercard, integrating capabilities into broader conversations and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Equip sales and account teams with tools, content, training, and support to drive growth, including sales materials, case studies, and business cases.
• Assist high‑priority client pursuits with solution shaping, pricing discussions, and executive storytelling.
• Enable divisional teams in pipeline development, strategic account planning, and client engagement activities.

Required profile

• Strategic and commercially driven professional with expertise in marketing, loyalty, and platform commercialization.
• Proven ability to turn complex products into actionable market opportunities.
• Experience in commercialization, business development, marketing, consulting, or sales enablement across multiple markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building relationships across product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Analytical, collaborative, and action‑oriented with a track record of helping teams win and grow business.
