Manager – Student Management System (Business Analysis)

About the role

The Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) at NTU is looking for a Manager to lead Business Analysis for its next‑generation Student Management System. Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will bridge business and IT teams to translate requirements into functional solutions and drive system delivery, alignment, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and project managers to ensure solutions are well understood and aligned across related systems.
• Provide business analysis support for system modules and digital platforms that interface with the Student Management System.
• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and implementing system solutions, ensuring integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Contribute to delivery planning, work‑plan creation, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
• Establish and maintain cross‑system standards, documentation, and governance practices.
• Assess change requests for cross‑system impact, data consistency, and support adoption of new functionalities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis or enterprise system implementation.
• Ability to operate in complex organisational environments and work across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
