Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Executive – Student Services & Fundraising

About the role

The Manager / Deputy Manager / Senior Executive of the Student Services and Fundraising Department will work closely with ITE colleges and headquarters divisions to support student services and fundraising initiatives. Reporting to an Assistant Director, the role ensures effective management, monitoring and governance of funds, grants and financial resources.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports to aid decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team on budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Manage and monitor assigned funds, grants, subsidies or financial schemes, ensuring expenditure stays within approved budgets.
• Process fund disbursements, reimbursements and claims in line with financial policies and approval frameworks.
• Maintain accurate donor financial records and provide detailed utilisation reports to donors.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders—including government and community agencies—to deliver holistic student support.
• Process and manage student records in ITE’s student administration system.

Required profile

• Experience in managing accounts, general ledger, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail with high numeracy and budgeting capability.
• Analytical mindset able to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
