About the role
The company is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the production of foam mattresses and related products across Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire foam manufacturing process, from chemical handling to cutting and final delivery, ensuring that client specifications are met efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the foam manufacturing process, including chemical handling, cutting, and sizing for various foam types.
- Manage customer orders, coordinate island‑wide deliveries, and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Plan and assign work schedules for production staff.
- Assist with picking, packing, and loading of foam mattresses (up to 20 kg each) onto trucks.
- Support material delivery to customers and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma or school leaver qualification.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and shift schedules.
- Physical capability to carry 20‑30 kg regularly.
