Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production cell at our Singapore facility. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, meeting delivery expectations, and driving operational efficiency in a fast‑paced aerospace and defense environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing technicians within the cell to achieve daily output targets.
• Plan and schedule parts and material releases 3‑6 months ahead of demand trends.
• Ensure TPM compliance to maximise machine uptime.
• Manage discipline, attendance, safety and quality issues for the team.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Coach and develop technicians, set job expectations and monitor performance.
• Provide analysis and presentations to leadership as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a precision‑engineering environment.
• Ability to work bi‑monthly rotating shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a “can‑do” mindset.
