Manufacturing Support Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Support Engineer will ensure that all equipment used in biopharmaceutical production complies with GMP regulations and internal SOPs. You will manage equipment throughout its lifecycle, from commissioning and qualification to decommissioning, while supporting routine manufacturing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with GMP regulations and company SOPs.
• Qualify and re‑qualify process equipment.
• Handle daily equipment management, including acceptance, asset registration, and release.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle from commissioning through qualification to decommissioning.
• Participate in deviation and variation investigations.
• Draft, update, and maintain SOPs and related process documentation.
• Support change control activities and internal audits.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical/Biological Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and GDP requirements in a regulated environment.
• Good quality mindset with awareness of compliance and documentation needs.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
